商品代金以外の料金の説明: You should pay for shipping and banking charge of telegraphic transfer.
申込有効期限: When you have placed an order, we will email to let you know we got it and stock availability.
We will then send you a order confirmation showing delivery charge and information about our bank account
for payment.
Payment should be done by telegraphic transfer within 7 days from the date of order confirmation, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
In case that the goods are out of stock, we will then send you a order confirmation with expected delivery date from the next production lots.
If you could accept it, please inform us of your acceptance by mail within 7 days from the date of order confirmation.
In case that we could not receive the acceptance mail within 7 days from the date of order confirmation, the order will be cancelled automatically.
不良品: Please submit claim of defective goods within 10 days of receipt generally.
We will send you a document of wholesale product return and refund policy together with order confirmation.
引渡し時期: We will dispatch order within 5 days upon receipt of payment generally.
